Steve Husk Chairman of the Board

Steven was appointed as Point Nine's Chairman in May 2006.

Steven's expertise is focused on building successful IT firms in the financial services sector. Steven is currently Chief Executive Officer of FRSGlobal, the global leader in financial compliance and regulatory reporting and is also the Chairman of Point Nine.

Steven works closely with several Private Equity companies in this field, most notably the Carlyle Group and Kennet Partners who are joint investors in FRSGlobal.

Before joining FRSGlobal in 2006, Steven was President of SunGard's Trading and Risk division, where he led a team of more than 500 specialists responsible for marketing, developing and installing solutions to global capital market institutions.

Prior to SunGard, Steven held a series of senior management positions at Infinity Financial Technology, Oracle, Sybase and Comshare.
